TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Prices and Payments
   • Prices are subject to change until payment has been made.
   • Bookings are subject to availability of spaces and resources.
   • Eligibility criteria may apply.
   • Lowest prices may be special offer prices for certain venues. You may need to scroll through available dates and venues to find the lowest price or call us on +44 (0) 2039834569.

2. Venue and Attendance
   • Grupo College London or its affiliates/associates may substitute the venue with another suitable location, notifying candidates via email, text, or telephone up to 12 hours before the course starts.
   • Courses may be scheduled at multiple venues on the same dates. If the minimum number of confirmed learners (12) is not met at a venue, learners may be asked to commute to another location.
   • Full attendance is required. Late arrivals are not accepted.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   • If a course is canceled by Grupo College London or its affiliates/associates, the maximum liability is a full refund of the course fee.
   • Cancellation does not equal rescheduling. Learners will be informed at least 12 hours before the start if the course is rescheduled.

4. Certification and Liability
   • Certification dispatch by the concerned center is arranged by 2nd class recorded mail; charges may incur. Alternatively, candidates may pick up certificates from the center by notifying Grupo College London in advance.
   • Grupo College London is not liable for misplaced certificates. Candidates are responsible for paying awarding body fees for replacement certificates.

5. Pass Guarantee and Exam Re-sits
   • For SIA qualifications, if a candidate fails an exam, Grupo College London offers free re-attendance of the training element and a free re-sit. Administration charges may apply, which will be clarified on the first day of training.
   • Re-sit requests must be made within two months of the result date via email to info@grupocollegelondon.co.uk. After two months, re-sits may not be conducted.

6. Conduct and Behaviour
   • Any uncivil behavior at the premises will result in exclusion from the course with no refund.

7. Course Availability and Job Placements
   • Free courses may be available based on terms and conditions. Not all applications for free courses guarantee placement.
   • Job placements in security or other sectors are not guaranteed. Grupo College London acts as an agency and is not directly responsible for employment in security services regulated by SIA.

8. Affiliates and Associates
   • Grupo College London may provide training directly or through affiliates/associates. Once training is arranged through partners, all certification and administrative arrangements are the responsibility of the associate.
   • Grupo College London’s responsibility is limited to arranging training through an approved provider. Conduct of training according to SIA and awarding body guidelines remains the training provider’s responsibility.

9. Certification Dispatch and Collection
   • Certificates for SIA-linked qualifications typically arrive within 10 working days but may be delayed indefinitely at the awarding bodies’ discretion.
   • Associates/affiliates may retain certificates for up to one month. After this period, they bear no responsibility for uncollected certificates.

10. Refunds Policy

• Full refunds (excluding processing charges) are available if a course is canceled at least 7 days before the start date by emailing info@grupocollegelondon.co.uk.
• No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course, non-attendance, or late arrivals.

11. Complaints Procedure

• If unsatisfied with training, complaints should first be lodged with the training provider using their complaints policy. If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to the relevant awarding body.

12. Privacy Policy

• Grupo College London values privacy and protects personal information. Details are used solely for completing orders and are not shared with third parties. Financial information is not stored.

13. SIA Application Filling Service

• Grupo College London is not liable for the outcome of SIA applications.
• The £30 application fee is non-refundable.
• Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
